This place is amazing....I have had membership at many local gyms, and nothing compares nor has changed my image, mind and dedication.. This place and the trainers have really changed my life. I think everyone should try it at least once and why not for free. The first hour is free, just show up ready to burn 1000 calories and hit it hard. The trainers are friendly, but tough for your own benefit. Just do it,.....do it for yourself, you deserve it.... you loved it just like I do! TH ;)
