General Info

New Heights Counseling is a counseling private practice that helps adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have experience and specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, victims of any sexual or emotional trauma, grief and loss, and addiction through the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy counseling and Biofeedback/ Heart Rate Variability training. My specialty is teaching emotional refocusing techniques that will aid in reversing inefficient physiological responses and help change negative behavioral patterns.
