Robert did a great job. He diagnosed my equipment tried to fix the problem, but it could not be repaired. Unfortunately, I put my faith in choice home warranty to pay for my new ac unit. Robert called CHW told them my system had been properly maintained and my AC was beyond repair due to normal wear and tear. CHW denied me because they said I had not properly maintained my equipment even though I heard Robert tell them I had. They still denied! Robert and The owner Chris went out of their way to help me. I highly recommend this company and do not recommend Choice Home Warranty!

Thank God I told Eddins Mechanical to leave and that I was getting a second opinion. They told me my a/c fan motor and circuit board was bad, which would cost over $1,000 to replace. They encouraged me, since I'm already spending that much money, to just replace my entire furnace for about $2,000. After my 2nd opinion by Unlimited Air Conditioning and Heating out of Dallas, I discovered that an $80 freeze sensor needed to be replaced. My a/c now works fine. It's scary to think of how many people have fallen victum to this malpractice.

After denying an insurance claim (for air filter and external condenser coil cleanness, which was valid) they tried to use the opportunity to overcharge for cleaning the condenser, finding a freon leak and for replacing freon at double normal rates. Definitely a company seeking to rip you off. I found another company to do it all for $50 less than they wanted just to clean the coils.

Christopher is highly recommended for any AC/Heating issues. He is honest, fair and sincere in helping find the best solution. He definitely shows about his customers being very satisfied. We will use him the next time we need anything for our HVAC.

Called because my gas furnace wasn't lighting as we got into cold weather this winter; just blowing cold air. Figured either gas valve wasn't opening or igniter wasn't lighting. Said I could be off work next day if he could fit me in, instead he suggested coming out that night (after 6:30 pm when I could be home) so I didn't have to be cold overnight (forecast was for 38 degrees). Diagnosed and fixed problem immediately (igniter was his first and correct guess), showed me the bad part to verify before replacing it, and offered to do some additional checkout work as well just because he was there anyway and it wouldn't add to the fee. Reasonable charge, 1 year parts and labor warranty on the repair, and of course I couldn't be happier about the same-day service right when the weather is going cold! Chris is a friendly no-nonsense sort of guy (and our cat took to him too).

Chris is honest, hard working, extremely knowledgable, arrives on time and charges for only what you need. I highly recommend him.
