I took both of my sons to see Dr. Coke over Christmas break. They were very accommodating with getting them in since my insurance was running out at the end of this month. One of them was having wisdom teeth out and the other was having baby teeth extracted so we can get his braces on. I found it very reassuring that prior to starting on each of my children, they confirmed the treatment that was being done. Dr. Coke did both of them on the same day. I have to admit, I was a little nervous about taking care of them both at the same time. They were very patient with me and they answered every question I had. They even told me that I could call anytime day or night with any other questions. As it turns out, I did have a question and I called and left a message with their answering service and I got a call back within 30 minutes, OVER CHRISTMAS WEEKEND!!! I was not at all looking forward to the possibility of having to undergo teeth extractions. My symptoms became so bad that I no longer had the option of waiting. I spoke to multiple people and my dentist to find the best surgeon, as well as doing extensive online research. I chose Dr. Coke based on my findings. My experience was truly exceptional. From the time that I entered her office for the consultation, until I departed from my final follow-up visit, my experience was beyond top notch. I have never had such a amazing, positive experience in any doctor's office. She truly has a warm, caring heart as well as obvious talented surgical skills. I had implant surgery here a few months ago. I was more than pleased with the excellent care and the results. There was no bruising or swelling from the surgery. Dr. Coke is wonderful and the Staff are helpful and caring. I would highly recommend Dr. Coke if you are considering oral surgery.PS - I work in a Dental office and I have seen some bad results from other Surgeons. I didn't feel like "just another client". Everyone was friendly and personable. The thought of surgery was frightening, but with the support of my husband, caring staff and witty Doctor (Chriss), I was (as much as possible) put at ease before the procedure.
