Installed laminate flooring. They did a great job and were responsive when they had to come back and fix some minor issues.

We purchased the flooring from Sam's Club, but we had them install it. They provided the cord around and the underlaminate. Their team came in promptly and were very efficient. We were very happy. Great.

Allen Floors took the old tile, carpet, and laminate flooring from our entry, kitchen, laundry, living room and master bedroom. They then replaced it with new tile and wood flooring. We would highly recommend Allen Floors. Although their showroom is small, they have plenty of beautiful samples to choose from. Johnny answered all our questions and helped us in selecting the flooring that would work best in our home. Their estimate was far less than previous estimates we had received from other companies. We were amazed that it only took three days to complete our job. Also, the crew left no mess behind. When the job was complete, all that was left was beautiful new flooring.

Removed old tile. Installed new tile and laminate floors. They did an excellent job. The only hiccup was that they never came out to measure and they were short on material.

This was a 5 star experience. Beginning with the showroom visit to the completion of the project I have a great appreciation of the people and the quality of their work. EXCEPTIONAL!!

Removed old carpet from 6 rooms and replaced with engineered hardwood. I am very satisfied with the job overall. The installers were very nice, polite and quality conscious. I felt confident leaving the house with them working. They were able to start the job the same week I ordered it done. It took a little longer than estimated, but did not seem unreasonable. Entire job took 7 days; 5 was estimated. The workers did not arrive very early each day (about 10:30 or 11:00 am), but they did work into the evening most days. They seemed very careful about ensuring that subfloors were level before laying the wood. They also were very careful with moving my furniture. I feel I got a good, competitive price on the work, and I am very happy with the final product.

In May, one of the owners of the store, Dave came to the house to measure for the laminate installation and later we came out to the store to select the product. We then scheduled the work. The 3-man crew came out and completed the work in 3 1/2 days. The crew was easy to work with. In September, we decided to schedule the second phase of the laminate installation and called the store and Dave came out to perform the floor measurement for the laminate and tile. We returned to the store and met with the other owner, Johnny to select the tile. The work was scheduled. The same 3-man crew from the May job came out and installed the laminate and tile in 3 days. Both jobs were done without major issues. The owners and crew were easy to work with.

All work completed as promised and Company even came back to check on quality and my satisfactionof the work performed. Company excelled in the install process and even had their carpet installers come back to make sure the carpet to laminate transitioned well. My house has thick, expensive carpet that transitions perfectly to the laminate floor in the kitchen and entry hall. Allen Flooring is a full service flooring company and they brought all there expertize to my small job.

"Allen Floors installed ceramic tile in the bathroom and laminate in two living areas. They also had to grind out some cement overlay from a previous flooring company. Everyone at Allen Floors was a pleasure to deal with. Johnny gave me a fair price and took care of everything. Hugo and his crew came in after another local flooring company had left us with a horrible finished product. A four man crew arrived on time and worked like a well oiled machine. "Wood Floors/Carpet Installation in 3000 SF home. The team at Allen Floors did an EXCELLENT job on my new wood floors. I hired them to do our entire upstairs (pull carpet and install hand-scraped, nail-down, hardwoods). They also did my master closet downstairs and installed new carpet on my stairs. From my first conversation with David, my experience was awesome! David came to the house and put together a quote and within a few days I had the install scheduled. I received a total of 3 quotes, and theirs was the best bang for the buck. Throughout the entire process, their guys, Juan's team, were so professional and easy to work with! They removed old carpet and installed tile in our master bathroom. My experience was nice. I visited their store to select tile for my bathroom and I spoke with Johnny O. He was very informative and helpful. He was able to set up an appointment with David Clinton, the owner, to come out to the house to take measurements and give an estimates. He also very helpful. He set up an appointment to install the tile. The day of installation, the workers arrived on time. The first day, they removed the carpet and then prepped the floor and installed the new tile. The next day, they installed the molding and applied the grout. We were pleased with the workmanship. We had secured 3 estimates and Allen Floors was the best.

"Allen Floors installed porcelain tile in my den and small kitchen. I had waited years to have new flooring put in because I thought it would be an ordeal to have all the furniture moved and that it would be too expensive. I also have been indecisive about what type and size and color of tile to get. I finally decided to make the plunge. David Clinton, the owner of Allen Floors, came out and gave suggestions as to the type of tile to install. He brought me some samples based on what i had told him on the phone beforehand. He gave me an estimate that was very reasonable. I had been recommended to them through a friend, so I went with his company. The small crew came out as planned and got the job done in ONE DAY and a half! I could not believe how these guys worked. They are like machines (except friendly). I have a three piece, free standing, wall unit that is extremely heavy. I also have low ceilings. The guys got the unit out and back in with no problem or damages.

I used the services of Allen Floors for hardwood floor installation. They did a great job. It was a great value. They get a nice product at a good price. They did a good job installing the floors.
