      Here at Lockhart's Karate Academy, we offer a wide variety of excellent Martial Arts classes to the residents of Aliso Viejo, Mission Viejo, Laguna Niguel and the surrounding areas. Our certified instructors will ensure that you receive the individual training and guidance you want. We specialize in working with younger children (Ages 3-5) to help them develop the necessary skills to be successful in life, like confidence, self-control, awareness, balance and coordination. Please come and try a FREE Trial Class.

      Soo Bahk Do is a Korean traditional martial art whose history dates back many centuries. Kicking techniques, for which Soo Bahk Do is renowned, are based on the Moo Duk Kwan style as developed by Grandmaster Hwang Kee. As a classical martial art, its purpose is to develop every aspect of the self, in order to create a mature person who totally integrates his/her intellect, body, emotions, and spirit, and is then able to deal with the world in a virtuous manner.
