This agent is through Erie Insurance. If you are looking to get Erie, I have no bad experiences from Erie in general. As for this agent, please consider another agent. They have very poor service. I have been a customer of theirs for 4 years and only once spoken to Mr. Zelasco himself. Much of the work is delegated to two very clueless subordinates. The communication is terrible. They don't respond to calls or emails promptly, they don't do their own research and they continuously change their minds about things. I was told I could be approved for a homeowners policy after repairing some siding. After meeting with contractors do to so, they stated they wanted a copy of the inspection report. After reviewing it, they wanted all details of a very clean inspection report taken care of before writing a policy. It wasted an entire day off meeting with contractors and made their estimates irrelevant. I am moving to State Farm with identical coverage and better rates.
