I feel that your Rehab Team is great in treating patient care, however, a certain Physical Therapist named Paterno Aligno, consistently falsifies the amount of actual minutes in which the patient is expecting in order to recover in order to return home. Paterno is billing a 45-60 duration on treatment which is completely frauding the system (Texas State Board of Physical Therapy "Ethical "Standards) will not put up with unethical and immoral behavior as he consistently does to various amounts 0f patients throughout the day in order to make "his"day easier. If you have any questions, please feel free to approach Mr.Ricardo Gonzalez at your facility for details in which Mr.Aligno is not fulfilling his duty to care for his patients . I have actually seen Paterno do literally10 mins of therapy session time with Mr.Gonzalez and many other patients at your facility and ultimately charge billing at 60 mins quite often. Again this is very unethical and these residents expect the best treatmen
