General Info

34 space park located within city limits of Alice, TX. which has a population of about 19,000 people. We rent mobile home lots and many renter's are year around renter's. Some come for the winter. This is not a RV park, but we accept RV's to rent a lot and we treat the rental the same as a mobile home. Lots are approx. 40' X 100', cable & gas available. About a 5 minute drive to downtown Alice. You can have a month to month lease or a 6 month lease that goes to month to month after 6 months. Ask manager for details. The cost of hooking up your electric is paid by the renter and not the park. This could run several hundred dollars. We can supply you with helpful numbers for things like this if you need them... call the park manager. We have water meters to figure out how much water you use. The park does not make a profit from water and garbage... just pass on what it costs the park.

We are not a RV park but will take RV's and treat them the same as a mobile home rolling in. This means you pay like you are renting a mobile home lot, but you are doing it with an RV.
