Each client's care is supervised by one of our full-time registered nurse supervisors. A nurse or manager is available directly 24/7, with no after-hours answering service delays. Ready Hands is fully licensed by the Virginia Department of Health and assumes all legal obligations of employment, as well as bonding and liability insurance.
