He has 30 years experience in the surveying and engineering field and is licensed in the states of VA and MD. Fairfax County has an expedited site plan review process and R.C. Fields has three Registered Designated Plan Examiners (D.P.E.) on staff. These D.P.E.'s help in streamlining the Site Plan Review process and significantly shortens the approval time.
