Mice, roaches, dirty, loitering tenants on my steps, loud music, towing my car and now they're eating my deposit... where do I start' Don't waste your time with this apartment complex. I was on a limited budget and desperate, so I subletted an apartment. They charged us $75 per person for the application and a huge fee to transfer the apartment. Oh well, at least the person leaving was giving up her deposit to me. Never thought anything of it. Turns out that there was an overdue payment from the previous tenant. I told them at least 2-3 times a month that it wasn't my charge and even showed them. They said that they'll notify the tenant that lived in the apartment (keep in mind, I'm the 2nd person who's rented this apt since then). After I moved out, they charged me an extra few hundred dollars. I called them and told them that it's not something I owe. They recognized it. It took them 2 weeks to get that off my account. However, they were still charging me for the other person's bills

HORRIBLE. NEVER RENT HERE. Dirty, old buildings, absolutely infested with mice, roaches, and BED BUGS in the walls. Had to call the police on drunk fighting neighbors outside in the road at 2am. On another occasion, I had to call 911 because a mother left her child alone in the apartment below me and the child was screaming and crying for twenty minutes straight. Drunk people passed out in our hallway and trying to get into our apartment late at night because they don't realize it isn't their place. LOUD MUSIC. Horrible parking services, they will tow you at the drop of a hat. I have lost track of the number of mice we have killed here. Caught a grown man peeing in the stairway leading to the LAUNDRY ROOM. Laundry room is dirty, machines often do not dry. Oddly enough, there is an ice cream truck that basically lives here in the summer, playing the same annoying song over and over. I have never experienced an ice cream truck visiting a place so often (usually about every 30 minutes)....this was highly distracting when I was trying to work at home or sleep during the day due to my rotating shift schedule. Extremely old buildings, rude, dirty neighbors, STAY AWAY! Office employees do not seem to think these issues are real problems and will do little, if anything, to help. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
