Have seen Yette twice for inflexibility and tightness in my left hip. I think that what she does to me is actually termed "sport massage," which seems to be deep tissue massage informed by a substantial understanding of athletics. Her work is excellent, extremely thorough. She questions me closely to understand what I've recently done and how it has gone (e.g., how much I've been stretching and running and how I've felt) at the beginning of each visit. Her work on me that day is then formulated to address the current (recent calf injury while running) and ongoing (adductor inflexibility) problems with my flexibility.

I have TMJ, back & neck problems. I have been seeing Jette for about 6 months. My health has improved greatly, reduction in pain, more mobility, less medication - she is a miracle worker. I can't praise her enough. I can enjoy more of every day life now.

The staff at Old Town Massage Center take their time to find out what is going on with me each time I come in. I have been a client since 2001 and have never had a dispointing massage.
