Don't use this service under any circumstances! He is completely unprofessional and unreliable. He doesn't answer his phone, and didn't return my repeated messages. At the last minute, I had to cancel my medical procedure, which I had already invested money towards. Find a different service which you can depend on.

Not sure about the prior rider, but I found this service to be much much better than other non-medical transportation services. He is very patient with some of the most challenging participants at our site and has been the most dependable.

The service is horrible. Ricky Gallman is not dependable and he has a record. I would find another service to utilize.
