James D., Marico L., and Thea C. all showed up on time, were professional and did a good job from recommending a replacement upgrade, taking out the old unit and installing the new heat pump and thermostat. They finished ahead of schedule and left my apartment neat and clean. Thank you very much.

My tech today was very efficient, timely and professional. He made recommendations to me for some problems I had been having for quite awhile as well and made some minor repairs he discovered during my semi-annual check up.

Our heating unit broke down on the coldest day of the year. We contacted Frosty's and Meagan set up a same day appointment for us. Tim L came out & diagnosed the problem but the parts had to be ordered. We contacted early the next morning and James D. had the unit repaired by dinner time. It was a great experience from beginning to end and prevented us from spending more than a single night without heat.

Included in this review are Thea & Ben. Ben's picture is not provided. Both techs kept very busy and completed the installation as ordered. Explained workings of air handler with humidifier, and thermostat. Friendly, clean and focused on their jobs. This was the second installation by Frosty's, the first one about ten years ago. I have used them for twicde a year check on system and have been very pleased. I would highly recommend them to others.

Installation of a new roof top AC/heating unit went superbly. Richard was here within three days with a very reasonable estimate, especially considering that a crane had to be rented and a lane temporarily closed on Independence Ave in DC. He coordinated the new Trane installation and removal of old unit. He and his colleagues were as courteous and friendly as they were competent. All was done quickly and very efficiently. The first service visit to turn on the heat this week also was done well. I will use Frosty's from now on for my semi-annual AC/Heating unit maintenance checks.
