reception staff -needs customer service reorientation esp the heavy built lady who wears glasses,im not sure whats her position in there but she's rude. waiting time - i would rate 5/10. RN /LPN- good .I would rate them 8/10. doctors- my child been seen by Dr Kernan,Dr B.,Dr Hopper and theyre great esp Dr B (i believe he's the most senior here) Nurse practitioners -my child have been seen by Ellen Yang,Frank,Eileen Mood,Sherry W.These NPs were great.They really take time to listen and they were compassionate and were really advocating for the patients.But just recently ,I was hoping to get a good experience again with an NP but unfortunately,the this one was a terrible experience ,that made me swear not to go back or see this NP any longer.MICHELLE STEPHENS was the NP's name .It started out with a flu shot of which I declined for my child.(I just dont want it for me and my family ,period!) . She asked me if I would rather have my child hospitalized with flu than getting a vaccine.A

In 2005 they were great, now wait time is an hour with no apology, they charge for everything and mislead and a waiting for someone just to answer the phone takes 20 mins or more. When I expressed this to the office manager, she hung up on me. Going somewhere else
