- Deep Tissue MassageDr. Michelle’s approach uses gentle, effective chiropractic and soft tissue techniques that unlock and unwind both the skeletal and muscular systems. She uses manual (hands-on) and light instrument adjusting methods (Thompson Drop Table, Activator, Impulse, Sacro-Occipital Technique) to correct postural imbalances, spinal misalignment, and improve overall joint mobility. Through static deep tissue contacts/trigger point therapy, Neuromuscular Reeducation, and active release techniques, Dr. Michelle can release muscle tension, work through muscular adhesions in the body, and improve overall flexibility and movement. Stretching exercises are always given as part of an at-home care plan, and Dr. Michelle also examines and advises on workplace set-up, sleep position, diet, and fitness regimen.

- Craniosacral MassageYes. Craniosacral work involves a gentle touch to manipulate/massage the joints in the cranium/skull and sacrum/pelvis. It can feel tender at times but can also be very relaxing. A part of our routine adjustment includes the both cranial and sacral correction.
- Chiropractic AdjustmentsThe mission of TCA has always been for the restoration of health and wellness for our community. What does that really mean? It means that we are dedicated to helping people of all ages understand all the aspects of health. - Spinal AdjustmentsDr. Sean’s technique includes a hands-on approach with joint mobilization, deep tissue trigger point work, active release for both muscles and joints, and specific spinal adjustments. His philosophy is based on complete body balancing which includes cranial sacral work and fascial releasing. This wholistic approach is extremely successful in quick relief of acute pain syndromes and the solving of chronic conditions.
- Nutritional ConsultationDr. Sean has been an integral part of my health care team since 2002. I walked into his office 17 years ago in excruciating pain due to a herniated disc in my neck. Without an appointment, he agreed to see me. Numerous doctor visits before that encounter all insisted surgery was the only treatment. Now 17 years later with routine visits my neck is great. In addition to my regular chiropractic visits, Dr. Sean has calmed my extremely irritable digestive system through his nutrition counseling. Overall, Dr. Sean is always my first line of defense whenever I feel unwell or out of balance.
