I hired Accokeek to build a fence for our home 10 years ago. It cost us around $11,000. It was a great fence. We had it repaired during storms twice with great service and price. This year (2017) when we contacted them for fence repair we were extremely disappointed. They raised the price for routine repairs 30% and would not return my calls when I contacted them to ask about the high price and to negotiate a lower one. I did speak to customer service several times and still did not get a call back. The company now has poor customer service and is unprofessional. I feel like because I was no longer paying a high price for the work I was being ignored. I recommend avoiding this company.

Customer service is OUTSTANDING. I looked at other contractors, and there is no doubt I picked the right one. Sure, the fence was costly. But the company is excellent to work with, and the fence will probably "outlive" me--you get what you pay for.
