PrimeWest Health is a county-based purchasing (CBP) health plan operated and governed by more than 10 rural counties in Minnesota. It offers a range of health coverage solutions under contracts with the Minnesota Department of Human Services. The company administers the Prepaid Medical Assistance Program.
