      It is so claimed as luxury gated apartments. Only thing luxury is the rental: it is almost twice of rentals for other compatible apartments. They have nicely decorated club house/leasing office. The apartment itself is so cheaply constructed. Very cheap cabinets, cheap/no name appliances, vinyl counter-top and floor. The gate is wide open half of the time. The fence is not completely enclosed.
