The food is okay, but the customer service is horrible. First of all they do not give receipts unless you force them too. Secondly they blame customers for their mistakes. If you have to stop there, then check your bags BEFORE leaving the drive thru window, but if at all possible make a detour and stop somewhere else. There are plenty of other fast food chains in the area that do give great customer service.
