I signed up for a birthday package for my son's 14th birthday. He is one of 3 and I signup for birthday packages at various venues because they help with the party and provide entertainment. I asked for advise on what package to pick and what I would need to do. However, there was no help provided. I had to pay for each player individually even though I had purchased a package. The safety brief was keep your mask on and that was it. These were all new players and included his 8 year old sister. Then even though I had been told they had enough paintballs to last an hour, they were back in less than 30 needing more. I was told to go 3 different places to get more paintballs, each place directing me to the next. Also, one of the nets was broken and as I was sitting in the picnic table area I was pelted in the back of the head with something so hard that a day later I still have a raised bump and bruise. Also in ordering the food for the kids I selected the package meal with pizza, but you can only order all pepperoni or all cheese no combination. You have to pick this up yourself, pay separately (again not part of the package deal), bring it to the kids and distribute. Also, as I was handing out the food and employee walked by and said, "be sure to clean up after yourself when you leave." We will paintball again, but never at this place. The employees did as little as possible and avoided answering questions as if they were training to be politicians. THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE EVER TO HOST A BIRTHDAY PARTY FOR A KID OF ANY AGE.
