Walt Howard at Sperry van Ness is a crook and con man. This guy Walt lied to us of the commercial space he rented and refused to repair any of the problems with the building even after he gave his word. The company has several lawsuits against them for such bad business practices in Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Be warned that Walt Arnold is a dishonest broker and will do anything and say anything just to rent his properties. I was also questioned if I was gay and if my people would be visiting the business I was to rent. I am not sure what he meant by this question but sounds like a biggot and may still be sued for his comments.
