Provided by DexKnowsI have been dealing with Sunwest Silver for several years, both here in Albuquerque and in Tucson at the gem show and have found them to be excellent with service, quality products, and teaching about their products. When I had a problem with an older gold piece, they referred me to another excellent jeweler out on Central. A good place to shop!

I have found them to be extremely trustworthy, knowledgeable, patient, fair and most of all, have the finest inventory of southwest silver in the southwest. Their integrity is above reproach. I would recommend that you go back and try to work your issues out, as they are the best, and I am sorry about your scenario. My experiences have been nothing less than wonderful. Provided by DexKnowsPurchased a piece of jewelry from Sunwest Silver that was very expensive. It began to come apart. When taken back to the store on Lomas, they denied it was their piece and got very angry. Accused me of lying and asked me to leave. Very abusive to customers who have problems with their products. Refuse to take responsibility for them, even if all you want is for the piece to be repaired... Not even asking for a refund. Earl has anger management issues... They have no concept of customer service.
