Stewart Title Co. failed to conduct a thorough title search on Sept. 28, 2009. The property sold and my lien was NEVER paid. My lien is active on file at the Rio Rancho County Clerks Office since July 2009. This company allowed a property with an active lien against it to sell. I'm in debt for a water well replacement and they privious and now present property owners have running water without paying a cent. The citizen's of Albuquerque and New Mexico should not trust to do business with this company.
