Southwest Managed Leads Services was developed to generate buyer and seller leads for Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers/Originators. Each RE Agent or Loan Officer can participate in our program by themselves, independent of each other. We have noticed that when a RE Agent and a Loan Officer work together there is a synergy that is created that increases the success of both parties. We recommend this partnership. Additionally, we recommend that a Loan Officer have 1-10 RE Agents that they partner with. The reason for this is two-fold. When a listing of the RE Agentâ??s is advertised they are assured that they will be receiving at least a 3% commission(ordinarily) when the listing sells. On the other hand, the Loan Officer has no assurance that they will get the loan on that sold listing. As for performance of our ads for your listings; we are currently, as has been the case since our inception, generating buyer and seller leads for $2-$5 each with an ad that costs $10 a day per each property advertised. Compare our leads to those costing $20-$50 from the national lead sellers. We do not â??sellâ?? leads. We â??generateâ?? exclusive leads with you and for you. There is a big difference.
