When I finally contacted Solitaire in Albuquerque and I met the manager, Wynona Bradley, the deal was sealed for me and my husband. She is a very special person, and if Solitaire can clone her, they definitely should! The level of customer service she provides is second to none. She was extremely patient with my million+ questions over the many many months, countless telephone calls and several visits we paid her throughout the process. It is clear she treats her customers like family. We have been in our Solitaire home now for four weeks and I AM VERY HAPPY!
