Radiant Technologies is a world leader in the design, manufacture and sale of products using integrated ferroelectric circuits. Founded in 1988, the company is one of the only wafer foundries in the world that produces integrated piezoelectric and ferroelectric actuators. Radiant is also a leading manufacturer of commercial ferroelectric materials test equipment. The company has more than thirty foreign and domestic patents relating to thin ferroelectric film processing and circuits. Radiant Technologies executes its proprietary processes for capacitor integration onto a variety of substrates. These processes are carried out in Radiant's Class 100 clean room facility in Albuquerque, N.M.
