If I could turn back time, I would forget that I ever set foot in Quality Mazda, much less purchased an $18,000 SUV from them. Vehicle was listed as having remote keyless entry; they failed to give me the entry device, and refused to reimburse me for its replacement ($380.00). Sold me vehicle with two new rear tires and worn down front tires of a different manufacturer and tread configuration which can lead to severe transmission damage and loss of vehicle control, according to my manual. Speaking of transmission damage, the vehicle also now requires replacement of the transaxle (caused by the messed up tire configuration??). I purchased 2 new front tires to match the new rear tires that had been installed at QuaIity, another expense for which I was not re-imbursed. had the worst experience at Quality, and tell everyone I know all about it; I badly wish I had taken my hard-earned money elsewhere. I am reminded of the poor treatment I received there every time I drive the car. Shameful
