move in and they're still working on the apartment. children running, screeching and screaming at high pitches, riding bikes between bldgs out into parking lot and parents are no-where to be found. Consistantly smell weed and neighbors cigarette smoke. management won't do anything about it, because it could be "medical-weed". old pipes in bldg, most tenants left in 2013 due to pipes bursting. maintenance people always change. upstairs balconies are large, but when you walk on them you feel like you're going to fall through. Very small galley style kitchens, when the rest of the apartment has ample living space. nit-pick about how clean the apartment is when you leave, even though it isn't given to you clean. don't have cable outlets in master bedroom. Walk-in pantry is part of the "5/6 closets". laundry room is expensive, cheaper to drive to laundromat to get done. Pool has hair, bugs, leaves and tree particals floating around.
