One of the worst places I have done business with.I waited 2 hours to get my tires balanced and rotated. I also had a slow leak on one of the tires.Had my vehicle driven by one of the staff and was brought back and put on the lift so they could should me how badly beaten one of the shocks was. My husband had just been under the vehicle changing the oil and checking the vehicle and had asked me to take it in just to have the tires balanced and rotated. After I told the technician to just do what I came in for and to check one of the tires for a slow leak. I sat there for an hour and a half before I got up and asked why my vehicle wasn't being worked on.Apparently since I wasn't a paying customer I was left there to wait.Once I brought it to their attention that I had been sitting there, they sent someone to balance the tires.I could tell he was upset at doing the job of the guy that was working on a paying customers vehicle before working on mine.Leak wasn't fixed &tires werent rotated
