Although Gary Martone has a wealth of knowledge about SSI/SSDI law, he maintains a "hands off" approach to handling the thousands of cases he accepts. This means your Social Security Disability case is worked on by his support staff. In my experience with him, over the four-and-a-half (4-1/2) years it took to obtain SSDI benefits, it was extremely difficult for me to ever speak directly to him. His staff handles all of the questions and attempts to provide the client with a status on the case.
