BEWARE! Most unresponsive company. Veronica, the manager ,in ABQ doesn't have the courtesy much less the professionalism to return calls. How can a company that supplies oxygen run out of oxygen! Constant problems and excuses why can not get oxygen, a life sustaining necessity, to patients like my mom. Crispin Teufel, CEO will now be receiving a letter since they hang up before you can speak with anyone as soon as it is transferred after lengthy holds.Call back same thing! Apparently need to file complaints with the State of NM and Medicare . NOT RELIABLE DELIVERY & SERVICE A LAUGH! Frustrating! SAVE your money and DO NOT USE
Avoid if possible. One star is too much. Never return calls and when you call them they act like they have not clue what you are talking about or they lie to you. CPAP supplies take 2 weeks to get here. I live about 5 - 6 miles from office and oxygen supplies from there are sent UPS 2 day air. And don't even get me started on their billing processes. If I get billed for 6 months or more of CPAP supples at one time again, they will be talking to my lawyer.

the worse management ever I suggest go to HME or to any of the other competitors will do a professional job. the workers are awesome but management is horrible always losing drivers because of poor management. I rather not have oxygen there until deal with lincare

Endless excuses & promises. Still WAITING & WAITING on cpap machine. Customer service rep can't even return calls as promised. How many months should I wait to get desperately needed machine? I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Lincare = FAIL.

I can't even give a star. They are disorganized. They do not return calls. Are slow to respond to requests for DME. Avoid this company if you can.
