INADEQUATE COMPENSATION FOR DAMAGEI have used them before but I regret using them this time. I only had 4 items to move. The untrained amateurs that John sent royally screwed my perfect condition stainless steel tool chest. The kid used 1 inadequate ratchet strap to secure the tool chest. It broke. The top half of my tool chest fell and was seriously damaged. I cannot even unlock it to remove the tools. The manufacturer doesn't make them anymore. The only option for a direct replacement is to buy a used one from someone else in whatever condition it happens to be in.$700, 2 piece toolchest I had for 18 years with barely a scratch on it anywhere. Now it's junk. They offered $350 cash and a "too bad". I am guessing that they either don't have insurance or possibly no one will insure them. Given the bad reviews here it is a possibility. I will never use them again. I will never recommend them again. I will go out of my way to tell anyone who asks about movers about my bad experience and the paltry compensation offered by a business owner who does not take responsibility for his employees actions. Your possessions may be in peril, I would and WILL go elsewhere.
