She used to be the "cream of the cropy", yet appears to be tired of fighting for workers whose cases are the least bit complicated. Getting to speak directly with Attorney Jarvis is a very difficult task. Her staff is trained to screen not only her calls, but to screen Ms. Jarvis from having to handle your case. She cannot be bothered to get "involved", unless she MUST. Find some one that has more of a personalized team-work approach and involves you every step of the way, keeping you updated and informed.
