The owners and realtors of this company did not disclose their knowledge of my lien to the Stewart Title company. Had they not have broke the REALTORS Association of Albuquerque, Ethics policy, I would have received my check from the property that sold. I paid 2/3 of $27,000 for a water well replacement and this realtor did not tell the title company that he knew I had and have active liens against the property in Rio Rancho. The previous owner had running water at no cost, thanks to me, and now the present owner has no idea that his property title is subject to fraud. That's right! The new owner has a fraudulent property title and I'm still in debt all thanks to these Realtors who did not disclose their knowledge of my lien to Stewart Title of Albuquerque, NM.
