  If you’ve called us recently then you’ve probably been frustrated. We certainly are. In the wake of Covid restrictions, all of our efforts at hiring and training have been insufficient to keep up with patient demand, and unfortunately, our service levels have dropped. We’re still working on it, but we realize that for now we simply can’t satisfy the demand for patient visits. To better care for our regular patients, we will need to restrict access for patients who do not see us for primary care (well-child visits). If your child’s primary care physician is not at AHP then we strongly encourage you to call their office for your acute care needs as you will likely be disappointed to find that we have no appointments available. We are continuing to hire and hope this change is a temporary one.
