My monthly carrying fees of $517 include water use and repairs of everything from the roof to the plumbing and AC. We have beautiful grounds and an outdoor pool, clubhouse, library and reserved parking. Three parks are a short walking distance from the cooperative and we can walk to the UA High Ridge 8 cinema in less than 10 minutes. All members participate in running the coop through volunteering on committees such as Activities and Landscaping. Although we have a very large contingent of retirees, we also have families and singles of all ages. Best move I ever made.
