My experience with this business is horrific. First, I was quoted $30 to $35 for my dog's grooming. I was charged more. Second, this is the worst grooming I have ever seen on my pet. Third, the groomer lost my dog's collar and tags. One tag was my dog's Rabbi's tag and the other my dog's AVID Petrac ID and emergency contact tag. I called the owner who promised to send the tag. I gave her a secure PO BOX. I never received it. When I called to ask if she sent it she said she did. Lastly, I had to replace both tags at the cost of $25.00. So total loss on this business is $65.00. Doing business with this groomer is at your risk.
I like going to Furtastic because I only have to leave my dogs for the time it takes to groom them, usually one hour. The shop is quiet and because I can get them out in an hour, they do not get stressed. Jose, my groomer, used to work at Tullivers and after it closed changed to Furtastic. he does a great job on my long-haired Chihuahua. He also grooms my Lab and another Chihuahua. Very Happy!
VIolet recently opened this place on her own. She was working for another groomer and she was the only one working there who could get my dog's ears trimmed inside without causing a $100 ear infection every month. When she moved a few months ago to her own place, I followed her there. She is nice, my bichons don't mind going in, they come out looking fabulous, and her prices are some of the lowest around town. Cannot praise this groomer highly enough.
