My gf went and bought an iPhone from them. Nayem told her that the phone needed to be unlocked and he will do it for her but she would have to pay 200 up front and the rest when the phone was ready so she paid him but the phone never got unlocked and they refused to pay her money back and they didn't give her the phone. We called the police but the officer said they couldn't do anything about it. We reported to consumer protection agency but duke city wireless still refused to respond. We are not going to give up though we will file a law suit and we will report it to channel 7 news to make sure they get what they deserve. Seems like all they do is rip people off and it is sad that they have gotten away with it so far.

Duke City is the worst place to go to we went there to get a phone screen fixed it took two months to get it fixed. When we got the phone back the phone screen has finger prints underneath and a huge air bubble. The phone was also broke on the framing along the sides. Nyen lied to us said phone was working he is nothing but a rip off and a Liar!!!!

Dishonest. Bought an item from them on eBay. I got a really good deal and after two week nothing arrived. No tracking information and when I emailed them their response back was the item was most likely stolen at the post office and they would give me my money back. If I was selling an item that was worth a couple hundred my reaction would have been a lot different. I might have actually wanted to look into the situation rather than just responding the way they did. My thought is they did not get the price they wanted and faked the shipment so they could sell it for more in their store or on ebay at a later date. WARNING....DO NOT buy anything from this place.
