Did you ever think that maybe he said that, so you can be ready because he is multi-tasking? He needs you to be ready to write so he doesn't have to repeat it. Wow! I wonder if she had the door held for her, if that would be rude too? What if a real tragedy happened, and someone was REALLY rude to you? I wonder if she works for the competition? I was very disappointed in the telephone customer service i received today when calling for a redi mix price. The man who i was dealing with was so rude and spoke to me like i was stupid and mentally retarded. Asking me, do i have something to write with? who would call for an estimate and not have anything to write with!! Ive noticed with this company when they realize they are talking to a women there tone and attitude changes and your stupid all of a sudden. How sad and disapointed from a very unsatisfied customer.
