Working with Waterstone Mortgage in Albuquerque, I have been able to assist many families obtain financing, many for the first time, and it never gets old. To me, it's always been more than a job. Each loan is an emotional investment because for me as every Borrower is more than just a loan; they are my friends, neighbors, and community.I have been providing mortgages to fellow New Mexicans for more than 30 years. I have originated New Mexico Mortgage Finance Authority (NMMFA), single-loan close construction loans, FHA 203K Rehabilitation Loans, Fannie Mae Home-style renovation, and the basic VA, FHA and Conventional loans. I have additional specialized knowledge in self-employed analysis and loan packaging.My extensive experience as a loan originator and knowledge of the industry allows me to tailor each loan to meet the specific needs of each individual client.
