Service has been terrible the past few times we've been in. We always have to wait a long time before someone comes around to take our order in between beers. During our last visit, one person in our group finished a beer then waited about 20 minutes before a server came up and asked how we were doing. We ordered another round for everyone at the table and when everyone was done with that round, we had to wait a long time again before anyone came back. When we had an issue with our food, it was obvious that neither the server or manager wanted to hear what we had to say or try to make things better. When approached about the issue by another person in our party, the manager got mad, asked us to pay our bill & leave. No one was confrontational, but he had the bouncers follow us out. It was disappointing to be treated that way in a place that we used to love to hang out at. Customer service is not a priority here and we won't be back.
