Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC is a company providing land surveying and civil engineering services to individuals, developers, municipalities, architects, and contractors in the western PA/eastern OH area. We are located in Albion, Pennsylvania, approximately 12 miles east of the Ohio/Pennsylvania line, and have been in business since 1981.Completed projects range from single lot individual property surveys to multi-million dollar projects, providing service to individuals, architectural firms and construction companies, enabling them to achieve their development goals. Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC has the experience to accommodate major development projects as well as the single individual subdivision project. In all cases, we provide quality professional work in a timely fashion.Rabell has more than 25 years experience in the land surveying/civil engineering field, as well as utility construction experience. Surveying personnel and CADD technicians range in experience from 3 years to 20+ years in their fields, and many also have construction experience. Understanding development needs, particularly on a large scale, comes with this type of experience.
