I took my senior mother in for a routine UTI followup (treated at Lakeside ER) and was on time for a 10:30 appointment. We were told that it would be an hour before the Dr could see us without explanation or apology. There were two other people in the waiting room and we decided to wait. When Mom was finally called, it was another 45 minutes before the "exam" was completed (no surgeries - no procedures - NOTHING). Before we left, the nurse told me that the Dr wanted to talk to me and we waited another 5+ minutes with no sign of the doctor, and we just walked out at 12.20. We won't be back.
