I refuse to give this fast food establishment any stars by any means, But was forced to give at least one in order to submit my review. The manager Shelby lacks managerial etiquette, she does not speak in a professional manner by any means to her employees nor does she treat them with respect. I'm not quite sure how she got this job. My son worked for her and on several occasions after him reviewing his schedule carefully she would call and make it seem like he was late just because she needed a shift filled when in fact he was such a dedicated employee all she had to do was ask and he would come in. When he decided to move on to bigger and better things he did the right thing by giving her a two weeks notice. Rather than her being grateful For all of his hard work and dedication and his respect for giving her two weeks, she then turned around right before the holidays and gave him zero hours. She never bothered to give him a heads up but she did talk to another team member behind his back and gave an explanation to this other team member as to why she did that. Wow is all i can say. So glad he is out of there. As a parent I tried to guide him to do the right thing and he was punished for it anyways. Again I over accentuate poor managerial ethics.
