Asbury High School, a part of Marshall County Schools, offers subjects, such as mathematics, English, science, history and physical education. The school s athletic activities include basketball, baseball, volleyball, cross-country, cheerleading and golf. It operates a math team and writing club, as well as offers membership opportunities for students to participate in the National Honor Society. The school offers special classes in reading, speech improvement, foreign languages, art and music. Asbury High School maintains a library and maintenance department, as well as a learning center that conducts outdoor classroom activities and summer and after-school programs. The school employs counselors, a nurse and speech pathologist. Asbury High School operates a parent-teacher association and is located in Albertville, Ala.
