Four stars is very good! The only way I could give a 5 stars rating for this review I would have needed you to include a deep tissue massage and a complimentary Bud Light. You decide! Nevertheless, my experience actually went well. Dan ("the man") greeted my husband and I promptly after arrival and directly escorted us to the area with all the fancy mattresses by request. We were looking for the best mattress our money could buy. I am a very serious shopper and I take my time very seriously so in the beginning I must have been a nightmare to work with but Dan pulled through. He made sure all my demands were met and was very patient and let me take all the time I needed. I really appreciated his knowledge and he was not at all pushy. Dan made us feel like we got a good deal and he also threw in a few extras to compliment our selected King bed purchase. I must include how fun Roberto was during the end of our experience (shout out). I'm not exactly sure what he did or why he was there but he was a great presence to have. So far the mattress is great and I'm going to hold you to it about that guarantee if ever our mattress starts to sag. I'll be giving you a call! On 8/5/2007, I saw a dining set for $1599.00, product number FDFPK83863. Then 4 days later, on 8/9/2007 I went to the store intending to purchase the dining set. The price had then been raised to $1799.00. By chance the owner, Kent Wilson, walked by and offered assistance. At that time, I indicated to him that the price has been dramatic increased in only 4 days. He then informed me that he wasn't sure about the displayed price tag($1599.00) on 8/5/2007. I then said, "Why did you put a price on this table if it was unconfirmed?" He then told me I should have bought the table on 8/5/2007. He also refused to give me the advertised price of $1599.00, which was only displayed only 4 days before. I said it was a "sneaky" thing he did, which he immediately became extremely irate and kicked my family out of the store right away. I even have a printed hard copy of the quoted price of $1599.00 that was given to me on 8/5/2007 by his daughter, Jamie Wilson!
