VA Healthcare Network Upstate NY, based in Albany, N.Y., provides medical services, health care and outpatient treatment to United States veterans in the surrounding area. The system s services include pharmaceutical, cardiac rehabilitation, substance abuse care, radiation oncology and cancer care. The system encompasses the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany and the 11 community-based outpatient clinics in Bainbridge, Malone, Kingston and Troy.
