Founded in 1942 and based in a more than 40-acre campus, it serves the region s elderly with skilled nursing care, medical adult day services, long-and short-term rehabilitation services, respite care, a center for individuals with Alzheimer s disease and other dementia, hospice, and kosher facilities.
